We've designed the Puppy Creche Calming Dog Bed to minimise the visual stimuli that can cause dogs stress. The raised rim and soft faux-fur create a sense of security that mimics a mothers comfort, relieving anxiety and improving sleep patterns.

What makes the Puppy Creche Calming Bed better than any other bed?

We use only the highest quality materials in the production of our products. We take pride in the fact that our Calming Beds are scratch and chew proof, have more padding, and are fully machine-washable.

Are the beds machine washable?

Yes. The durable materials used in the design make our calming beds machine washable.

What size should I get?

Please refer to the example size guide displayed on our home page. If you are still unsure, please contact our friendly support team and they will help you make an informed decision. We have 4 sizes to choose from to ensure your pet will have a snug bed to properly fit them.

What material are the Puppy Creche Calming Beds made of?

We use extremely durable and pet-safe fabrics in all of our beds. These include taffeta, oxford, nylon and microfibres.

Is the Puppy Creche Calming Bed available in stores?

Our Calming Beds are only available on our online store. We prefer to sell directly to our customers to keep the prices as low as possible.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?

Shipping is free! For delivery in the UK and Australia, we ask that you allow 5-13 business days for your order to arrive.

Can I cancel or change my order?

As long as your order has not already been dispatched, you will be able to make changes to your order. If you'd like to cancel your order completely, please contact our support team within 1 hour of your purchase.

I entered the wrong shipping information, what should I do?

If your order has not been shipped yet, please email us with “URGENT order edit” as the subject title. The team will make any amendments required, however if it has been shipped they will work with you and the courier to have it redirected where possible.

What if my item arrives damaged?

In the unlikely circumstance that your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team so we can organise a reshipment of your order at no additional cost.

I ordered two beds, but only one arrived?

Although our Calming Beds are vacuum packed when shipped, our Large and Extra-Large sized beds are too big to be packaged together, which means your beds may be dispatched separately. They will be shipped on the same day, and if there is a slight delivery delay after one has already arrived, the other bed should be delivered within 1-4 business days. If it has not arrived after this time, please contact our friendly support team who will find a solution for you!
